FRAUD ALERT: BSW Timber and IFOR Williams "Stock Clearance" Email Scam

• Container units and portable offices
• Temporary fencing
• Roadwork equipment
• Cherry pickers and scissor lifts
• Timber products

Red Flags That Expose This as a Scam

• Unprofessional Email Address: Legitimate companies like BSW Timber and IFOR Williams would use corporate email domains, not Gmail accounts.
• Too-Good-To-Be-True Pricing: The prices listed are significantly below market value. For example, a 2023 Telescopic Handler with 14m reach for just £30,000 would typically cost £80,000–£100,000 new.
• Unusual Business Collaboration: BSW Timber and IFOR Williams are separate companies that operate in different industries. A joint "stock clearance" would be highly unusual.
• Poor Grammar and Formatting: The email contains numerous grammatical errors and inconsistent formatting, which is atypical of professional corporate communications.
