Day 1
On January 14, 2024, I purchased a Peloton Bike from fitshop.de. The bike was reduced from 1.899,00 € to 1.699,00 € for the month of January 2025, which was great.
The payment process was smooth and straightforward, and I successfully completed it using my credit card. I got a confirmation email within a few minutes and I am waiting for my delivery confirmation email.
Confirmation email: "Thank you very much for your order.
This email is a confirmation to your order. Unless otherwise specified, we are working on your order to send it out as soon as possible. You will receive the invoice to your order when your order is sent out."
Day 2
As of 09:21 this morning, there has been no delivery email to confirm the delivery of the Peloton Bike. After reading a few reviews, I found that this is a common complaint regarding Fitshop.de, which needs to be addressed.
Day 3
There is still no sign of a delivery date or delivery confirmation email, and I am slightly disappointed by the experience. It appears to me that they are still trying to source the product and do not keep it in stock.
Day 4
All I received so far is this email, which means nothing.
"FromSubjectReceivedSize
service@fitshop.de Your order is ready for dispatch. (Ref.: xxxx)Thu 15:0220 KB"
Day 5
Nothing but Radio Silence. I am so used to the UK, where online items are delivered within 24 hours, if not sooner.
Day 6
I know it's Sunday, but nothing to report.
